Matt Dixon Founder

Matt is the Founder and CEO of PV group international; he brings expertise and experience which has shaped the development of the company. Matt has a management, sales and marketing background, and enjoys being active on the ground floor of the business. Of recent his ambition has taken the company the Middle East starting in Dubai, forming offices in the prestigious area of Citywalk. Here he and his team will be spear heading all the PV group brands to the level of excellence. Between the UK and Middle East when Matt finds a day to himself, he has been known to mix business with pleasure on the golf course & the shooting field. Matt also likes to be out at sea fishing and can often be found at Poole where he moors his boat.

James Parker Managing Director

James is our Managing Director. He reports directly to the company CEO and uses his management and leadership skills to support operations within PV Group Dubai whilst developing, motivating and leading multiple Brokers.

Previous to this James moved to Dubai 5 years ago as a Property Broker, progressing to Senior Client Manager and holds a wealth of experience in Real Estate.

James also holds the role of CEO of CF Conveyancing. He is a very hardworking and dedicated individual that will give you full transparency and will ensure your property expectations are met.

Spencer Hall is Director of Auria Group, a Chartered Accountancy Practice based in the heart of Mayfair, London, specialising in the Creative & Property sectors.

Previous to this and following qualification as a member of the ICAEW, Spencer worked within the Finance & Internal Audit departments at the German Investment Bank: Commerzbank both in London and Frankfurt,

Spencer holds the role of Non-Executive Finance Director within Prestige & Village Ltd, driving our overall financial reporting, budgetary and cashflow control at Group level, working in conjunction with the Board, to ensure the business has the correct resources and profitability to achieve its long-term strategy.

Terry Stone Director

Terry has been an entrepreneur all of his life after becoming one of the UK’s biggest sales representatives for a major company. He then worked in the dance music scene and went on to create and establish two super brands that are still going today and become one of the world’s largest dance music event organisers this saw him working all over the world. With this, he also won multiple awards for ‘Best Promoter’ for his two brands One Nation & Garage Nation. Terry then put his talents to work in the media business for the past two decades creating, producing and starring in feature films and television series that has seen him working with Hollywood’s biggest film studios and all the major streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and Apple. He has also organised and ran large scale film premieres and VIP events and got involved in the UK property market in 1994. Terry joins PV Group Dubai as our Non-Executive Director of Media and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts to all levels of our business.

Maggie Gordon Finance

Maggie is our finance specialist. Her experience in accountancy, and her background in sales, marketing and teaching make her a valuable team member. Maggie was born in Essex, but she has travelled extensively and has lived not only in Surrey but in Paris and New York as well. With such a cultured life, it will surprise no one to learn that on special occasions, Maggie enjoys the combination of fine dining and even more exceptional wine!

Louise Warr Operations Manager

Louise is our Operations Manager. She oversees operational activities at every level of PV Group Dubai. She recognises and values the trust of clients and strives to exceed their expectations. Her goal is to ensure all of our clients are satisfied and happy with the service provided.

She has a wealth of experience in Law, with over 8 years practicing in both Employment & Family Law.

Louise is extremely well travelled and very familiar with Dubai, she has recently moved there from Kent, England.

As well as spending the weekends relaxing at the beach, Louise enjoys Reformer Pilates and socialising with friends.

He is a former Royal Marines Commando with 7 years’ service and active tours of duty as well as 9 years of Close Protection Operative experience, working closely with high profile clientele.

Ashley has acquired many skills from previous careers. He is extremely driven, thorough and reliable. Ashley enjoys spending his free time keeping active and enjoys many sports including cycling, running, golf and football.

Mark Neville IT & Creative Development

Mark has over 30 years experience in branding, creative design, sales, marketing, IT development and business consultancy. As an ex estate agent in the past Mark understands the property markets and has designed and developed many property websites over the years and has helped P&V adapt the business IT model into the property world. Mark also works on the design of creative materials including branding, brochures, hoardings and other mainstream point of sale items.
